Paul Pogba Isn’t Sure About his Future With Man United

Man United midfielder and one of the best players in the world Paul Pogba once again made all the Red Devils fans very unhappy.

The French international, still didn’t make his mind over staying at Old Trafford. That is Pogba’s intention to leave Manchester are still active, and it appears that he still wants to head somewhere else.

He played a very good match against Chelsea and was one of the main reasons why his team demolished the reigning UEFA league title holder with 4-0. Yet, following the contest, his interview disturbed many of Man Utd’s fans.

Once being asked about his future, the Frenchman was again unclear.

“Obviously there have been things said but only time will tell,” said the 26-year-old. “This question mark remains. However, as I said, I am here in Manchester.”

The phrase “only time can tell” caused many reactions because of two things. The first one, he already indicated at the beginning of the summer that he wants an exit from England and search for another challenge. No.2 is the fact that one of his potential destinations was Real Madrid, and that the transfer window in Spain lasts until the 2nd of September.

Meanwhile, the Los Blancos ruled out all the speculations about Neymar and his arrival to Santiago Bernabeu, and that immediately opens up the space for Pogba.

The champion of the World Cup in Russia, didn’t want to talk more about it, saying that each time he steps on the pitch as a United player, the fans shouldn’t doubt in his motivation and abilities.

“I always give it everything. I am always good whenever I play football. It is what I love – it is my job. I give the maximum each time I am on a green pitch.”

Pogba’s indication that he might leave the Old Trafford appeared at the end of the last campaign but weren’t officially out until the start of the transfer window. United did everything they could to keep the fantastic midfielder, and in the end, all the offers from other clubs were declined.

They even surrounded him with several fantastic players, everything in order for the team to go back at the top. Among them landed Harry Maguire, who became the world’s most expensive defender. He impressed Pogba right from the very beginning.

“I call him ‘the Beast’ – honestly, as you saw, he was really impressive. He is a leader.”

One of the strategies of the Red Devils was to add world-class names besides Pogba and to make United a competitive team once again. If they enter some trophy race, the French international might become even more motivated and wish to stay in United, rather than going somewhere else.

The first match against Chelsea indicates that Solskjaer’s team has a lot of potential, and that they just might be the surprise of the year. Then again, it didn’t impress Pogba, at least for now.

September 2 is more than two weeks away, and United’s fans will  be anxious ever since that date passes.
