Tyson And Jones to Put on a Spectacle

Two guys who were the biggest stars in boxing during their respective careers will have an exhibition match on September 12. Tyson and Jones would meet at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California.

According to the sources the moment once the news was released, the attention for the match became unreal. For all the interested fans, we will mention that the broadcast is planned to be a pay-per-view and on the Thriller media platform.

“I’ve been trying to enjoy retirement, but people don’t seem to want to let me retire,” Roy Jones said, explaining how he accepted the offer for the fight. “They keep calling me, telling me that Mike wants to come back and that you’d be a great opponent for Mike.”

The attention surrounding Tyson appeared several months ago once footage of him training appeared on the social networks. The internet exploded from reactions to Iron Mike’s fantastic shape, and immediately the rumors about his comeback appeared.

A 54-year old then released several more videos in which he looked amazing for his age, and in the meantime, there were some stories that he and Evander Holyfield might step into the ring to meet for the third time. However, nothing happened.

Jones Jr., 51, is an equally attractive rival for Tyson. During his reign, he had belts in four different divisions and was arguably the best ever pound-for-pound boxer. Jones’ combination of skill and technique mixed with the smooth movement throughout the ring was never seen before, which is why he became arguably the biggest boxing star since Tyson.

On the other side, Iron Mike was the most dominant fighter of his time, before his career went sideways because of off-ring matters. He was the youngest ever heavyweight champion, with nine title defenses afterward.

The way he sliced all the opponents in the ring during his prime years was astonishing, which is why many believe he is the all-time greatest.

Jake Paul and Nate Robinson to Appear at the Show

YouTube star Jake Paul and the former NBA player Nate Robinson will feature in one of the fights before Tyson’s and Jones’.

“I wanted to show that I’m a world-class athlete, I played college football, played in the NBA for 11 years, and I’m excited for this venture into the sport of Boxing.” Robinson wrote, “Jake Paul, I want all the smoke.”

Robinson played 11 years in the league, for eight different teams. He is best known as a three-time Slam Dunk Contest champion, and one of the most attractive dunkers in his generation. With the height of 5-foot-9, he posterized some of the biggest names in the NBA.
